Terms of service
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms apply when you use BizPro at bizpro.one. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
BizPro helps a business keep its customers, stock, quotes, invoices, credit notes and payments in one place. We work to keep it available and accurate, and we may improve or change features over time.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
- The business owner decides who is on the team and what each person can see and do, and is responsible for what they do in the account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.
Your records
The records you enter belong to your business. You are responsible for their accuracy, and for having the right to store any personal details of your own customers in BizPro. How we handle information is described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use BizPro to break the law, to store material you have no right to store, or to interfere with the service or other businesses' accounts.
What BizPro is not
BizPro is a record-keeping tool. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice. Figures such as VAT and totals are calculated from what you enter; please check documents before sending them and consult your accountant for your filings.
Availability and liability
We provide BizPro with reasonable care, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by information entered incorrectly or by events outside our control.
Ending use
You can stop using BizPro at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update this page and tell account owners by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
